Emily is a writer and actor based in Brooklyn. Her stories have been published on platforms such as the Asian-American Feminist Collective. She has starred in a number of short films including Hana Lily directed by Mary Evangelista, and Blackberry Jam directed by Jacqueline de Gorter, which recently premiered in Paris at MK2 Cinema as part of the Chéries-Chéris 25th annual Film Festival. As a freelance model Emily has also worked with fine art photographers such as Ren Hang, Ryan McGinley and Olivia Bee. Emily grew up on Oahu and attended NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, where she designed her own major in film and critical theory.
