Luna G. Reiley is a writer, musician, actor, director, occasional radio personality and native New Yorker. She has written, directed and acted in various performances of her experimental works including “I Swear To God: Eleven Monologues” at One Of Us: The Chapel in St. Paul’s Church Brooklyn, “Fleshed Out” at Artists Television Access in San Francisco, “Trick” at Aggregate Space Gallery in Oakland, “Water Wars” at Songs of Insurrection: Interdisciplinary Resistance Benefit in San Francisco and the short film “Act: Smash With Bats” which debuted at the de Young Museum Mo’ Dada Exhibition and screened at the Something Strange Film Festival in San Francisco.

Luna made her directorial debut with the premiere of Stephen Sherwood’s prize-winning “Sexual Perversity Of The Ducks & The Fountain” at the Hunter College Bad Play Festival; her writings are featured on Hyperallergic, Poets Reading The News and in a handful of zines; she was a founding member of the NYC based improv troupe Pity Applause and currently hosts the talk show NYC Así on Radio Bonita. She is a two-time Stony Brook Southampton YAWP scholarship recipient and awardee of the CCA Micro Grant. She is very excited to create and share new work as an Artist In Residence with Black Widow Books.
